MODA Health Insurance Information 2026

We would like to share a few important updates regarding our employee health benefits.

Medical Insurance (MODA):
We remain with MODA; however, our group number has changed. Please be sure to use your newest MODA member card and update your insurance information when visiting any medical provider.

Employees can access their MODA member dashboard by visiting modahealth.com and registering/logging in using the information from their new member card. Through the dashboard, employees can access several benefits, including a provider search, benefits overview, virtual visits, and Active&Fit, which offers hundreds of free workout, meditation, and other wellness videos.

Vision Benefit Update:
Our vision benefits have changed, and we are now covered through VSP. Please contact your vision provider directly to confirm whether they accept VSP coverage.
