Safety Training

Tower Motor Company utilizes the safety consulting firm KPA. One of the services KPA offers is online safety training. OSHA requires all employees take certain courses depending on the job classification. Upon hire, you will be added to the KPA system and your courses will be set up. You will receive a registration email and must complete the registration to access the courses.

You may take the classes on a personal computer after registration via www.mykpaonline.com. You may also download the KPA Vera Suite app on your phone or tablet. Please note some courses require periodic renewal. You may check your training status any time. Amy will also conduct periodic audits and let you know if you have courses due.
